Living room with 37" TV, Sky, DVD player, stereo. Large kitchen with table, all amenities incl. dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Playroom with lots of toys, computer peripherals and wifi. Lovely conservatory with dining table.

4 bedrooms - main bedroom with kingsize bed, two children's rooms, one with sngl bed and muralled walls, one with cot (or Z bed). Fourth room with dbl futon.

Bathroom with spa bath, separate shower unit.

Large mature garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Climbing frame, slide, play house and garden toys.

We are Pete (an HR Manager for a charity), Rachel (a part time training manager in the public sector) Jamie (aged five and just started school), Michael (aged one).

We enjoy reading, music, photography and camping. The house is full of books and CDs which you can use during your stay.

We have two cats - Dizzy and Choochoo. We would expect you to feed them once a day but they have a cat door so apart from that you don't have to worry about them (unless you like fussing cats in which case they will oblige). Dizzy is very tolerant of small children while Choochoo keeps her distance.

We are looking to exchange with another family in the UK or possibly France. We are tied to school hols or weekends.
