Wadebridge, Cornwall England (HE23547)

Our cottage is on the edge of Wadebridge just a few miles from the North Cornwall coast at Padstow, Rock, & Polzeath with their excellent restaurants, beaches and surfing. The house is 200 years old but recently refurbished from top to bottom.

There are two bedrooms - one, en suite with a 5ft double bed and the other with two single beds and a further two singles that can be pulled out from beneath (although this makes the room virtually full of beds - kids love it as it makes it like a giant sleep over). Downstairs there’s a kitchen, sitting room & dining room. The dining room also has a single bed with another underneath that pulls out into a 6ft double. There’s a bathroom & loo upstairs (plus the en suite) and another loo downstairs. We have a beautiful garden with a patio area.

We are a family of two adults and two daughters aged 17 and 14. We’re very keen to go to Edinburgh for the Festival in August 2010 so are keen to hear from any house-swappers who live there but also from swappers in Prague, Vienna, Lisbon, Rome, Stockholm, Paris or Amsterdam.
