This is a brand new flat in the beautiful and quiet conservation area of Brockley, South East London. It was completely refurbished in October of 2009, so literally everything is in excellent condition.

The flat is close to St John's train station which is a 10 minute train journey to London Bridge station where you can walk along the Thames to Tower Bridge or visit Borough Market where the best food in London can be found.

It is also a 10 minute bus ride from beautiful Greenwich and its vibrant market and the Observatory with arguably the best view of London. The curious Deptford Market is even closer - a 10 minute walk from the house.

A 5 minute walk from the flat itself and within the conservation area is the lovely Hillyfields park which is great for a walk and a stop in a local cafe or pub.

The flat has an HD TV with Sky Plus, Wifi Broadband, a laptop, a new dishwasher and washing machine, and a bike.
