The apartment is time sharing owned, for two weeks, the first one from November 16 to 23, 2009, and the second one from March 24 to 31, 2010. The apartment, at the first floor, is quite, well equipped, looking on a small (we are in Venezia!)garden, property of the near church. It has a hall with double bed sofa, a kitchen/living room, a bed room, a bath room with shower. It is 55 sq. metres. Being a time sharing property, it’s not warmly and amiably furnished, but everything is efficient and almost new. The most significant point of the apartment is the location, in the Rialto area, the historical heart of the town, in a residential area close to boat stop and to the open market, and reach of shops, restaurants, wine bars.

We are a couple living in Arese, a village close to Milan, in a house with a garden. I have been CEO of a Company operating in the wine industry and, since 2004, I'm retired . Occasionally I'm still working as Managing Advisor, in Italy and Eastern Europe. My wife is housewife since many years. We like music, arts, travels, and, rarely, golfing. We have a son and a daughter. The son is living in Williamsburg, New York. So, we are basically, but not only, interested to exchange our apartment in Venezia with one in New York, to take advantage for visiting our son, daughter in law, and grand son.
