Falmouth, Cornwall England (HE23140)

Our home overlooks the Penryn river across to the village of Flushing. To the right you look out over the 'carrick roads', very famous for sailing, and beyond to the sea.

Falmouth is popular for its lovely scenery, it's art scene (3500 students are in residence), and its maritime heritage.

Our home has been updated to provide very nice open plan accomodation, with a large balcony with sweeping views. There's a bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms, a double and a single. Upstairs is Sophie's studio, and our bedroom. A car is useful because of all the local places of interest.

Sophie and I run a clothing company. Sophie is a textile designer, and she often works from home in the studio upstairs. We love living in Falmouth, it's the perfect place; not over-run with millions of tourists-but enough! Thanks for looking at our home, it's a very nice place to visit.
