Picton Cottage is a detached Norfolk flint cottage on the North Norfolk Coast in a peaceful and tranquil location by the seaside.

The cottage has recently undergone refurbishment throughout. The main bedroom has en-suite in addition to the main bathroom It has parking for two vehicles and is set within its own secluded gardens. This three bedroomed property has charm and character with modern facilities. The property is four minutes walk from the beach and town centre. We are also famous for our Sheringham North Norfolk steam railway. Also 30 minutes away are the famous Norfolk Broads and 40 mins from the historic city of Norwich. The train and bus stations are 5 mins from the cottage. Norwich Airport is also only 40 mins away.

Our party consists of myself (housewife) and my husband a Landscape gardner 52yrs and 57 yrs also on occasions my 20 year old daughter and her boyfreind will be joining us. Picton cottage is well looked after by ourselves and we in return would respect and look after all properties we would hope to visit, we are mostly looking for Spain as I am originally from there but we are also open to offers, we are very flexible and approachable, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
