Double storey, stand alone town house with small garden and integral garage. We are 15 minutes from Central Melbourne with galleries concert halls etc and also have access to tram and train within walking distance. Port Philip Bay with beaches, The Yarra Valley with vineyards, golf courses and world class scenery are also closeby. Large shopping centres are nearby together with restaurants, cinemas and walking and riding trails.
House is low maintenance, centrally heated and air conditioned.

2 retired adults. All our family now lives in UK. We would prefer to exchange within the SE, South Central UK or South Midland areas, affording easy travelling to Hertfordshire & Leicestershire.
We have not exchanged before but have successfully had house sitters for the UK summer for the last 7 years. We would like to be in the UK again in the northern summer of 2011, preferably for an extended stay.
