2 bedroom villa in peaceful location with swimming pool, tennis & private parking near the sea. The village of Sorede is only 10 mins drive from the sea. This is one of the warmest & sunniest regions in France.

Outside a small private patio/garden leads via French doors to an airy living area with kitchenette. Also located on the ground floor is a double bedroom with comfy new king size bed & bathroom with bath & shower & separate W/C.

Upstairs is a large bedroom with sloping roof, sleeping up to three people.

This region offers stunning mountains & beautiful Mediterranean sea within 10 minutes drive. There are also plenty of pretty villages & towns to explore such as Ceret with it's thriving market & Collioure, a medieval fishing village. Spain is also within easy reach.

The villa is walking distance from shops restaurants & amenities.

We are a family of four who are originally from England but have lived in France for 5 years. Our children (11 yrs & 15 yrs) are fully bilingual. We are still working on it!

We now own several holiday homes which could be exchanged. They can be found on our website (see link below) which I would be happy to give you details about. We cannot swap this summer but other school holidays are possible. We would be happy to swap for a weekend to Barcelona, Provence or cote D'azur.

The exchange would not always need to be simultaneous.

We cannot do June to October this year as we have rentals then.

We would take good care of your home.

We have lovely Golden Rertriever & 2 friendly cats. Anyone who would be happy to look after them too, would be appreciated but we could find someone to look after the dog if not.
