Sydenham itself has a number of coffee shops and restaurants, including the well known Dolphin gastropub and Blue Mountain coffee house. Sydenham is a 5 min drive from Dulwich Village with the Dulwich Picture Gallery & numerous boutique shops & restaurants. The centre of London is only 15-20 minutes away by train, with two rail stations within 1/2 mile direct into Victoria and London Bridge. Greenwich is also only a 15 min drive away.

We are a family of two working parents - one in IT consulting and the other working for a global mobile phone manufacturer. We have two young children, one boy approaching 4 years old and a girl approaching 2 years. We are looking for a swap for our summer holiday so are very flexible on dates as the children are not yet at school (having just completed a successful swap to Vancouver).
