We have a lovely modern four bedroom, two bathroom, single storey home, set amongst a tropical garden, canal frontage, jetty, boat and beach, on the Broadwater and near the world famous Surfers Paradise Beach.

The house has swimming and spa pools, air conditioning, peaceful location with many walks and cycle tracks nearby. Four world famous recreational Theme Parks handy. 45 Minutes from Brisbane and close to the Hinterland Rain Forest. Wonderful shopping centres, white sandy beaches and excellent restaurants are within walking distance.

Surfers Paradise is Australia's most favoured holiday destination. Subtropical temperatures allow for swimming nearly all year round plus surfing, boating, water sports and golf.

We are a semi retired, middle aged couple, able to travel most of the year. Our ambition is to see as much of Australia and the rest of the world as possible before we get too old! We have a wide variety of interests other than travel, including boating, tennis, theatre, music, wining and dining and are animal lovers. We intend to take with us, one at a time, one of our 5 grand daughters to the various destinations in the future. We are already well traveled, having 2 to 3 lengthy holidays per year. Both of us are fastidious house keepers, non smokers and careful drivers. We would look after your home as if it was our own, leaving it as we found it.
