We have a beautiful home half a block from wide sandy beach and marina in sunny Southern California between Malibu and Santa Barbara.(About 60 miles north of Los Angeles. Great weather year round except in June july when it may be a bit foggy in the mornings. Wonderful wide uncrowded beach steps away. 5-15 min. drive to all kinds of shopping other beaches and restaurants. 40-60 minutes from Santa Barabra, Malibu, Venice Beach and Santa Monica. 1.5 hrs from Disney Land. Relaxed, beachy village atmosphere. A car can be available as well. No pets and Non smoking please.

We are Lance and Dahlia, retired and loving it. Lance is and Electrical Engineer, who worked at the Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena and Dahlia a Biochemist who worked in technical sales for 25 years. We love people, travelling and art. We are very respectful of people's home and property and will treat it as we would like our own home to be treated.
